      Pros

      Pension is one of the best in Canada. Paid time off at Christmas.

      Cons

      Under staffed Unwilling to adapt to change - outdated HR policies and boomer mentality. Lots of mysogony still taking place with veteran employees.

      Really nice management and team, company paid well with good benefits

      Unfortunately got made redundant due to company downsizing after Covid, Hard to move up in the company without brushing elbows with people very high up
