      Pros

      Workshop attitude as a whole is caring, selfless, helpful etc. Supervisors do try and help out the engineers at times. Pretty free reign how to carry out work and if work is not available, you can sit around.

      Cons

      Communication between managers is poor leading to poor direction to engineers. Pay is not as competitive as thought as OT is single rate only.
