      Good work, Good Pay, Good Working Conditions

      Cons

      No good Manager, Supervisor & Lead Hand. Favours their own group, does not try to understand challenges of team member, not cooperative, targets when brought anh issues, does not treat fair & when very rude & arogant while speaking with certain team members, does not appreciate for good work. Manager was been moved couple of times to different departments because of his atttitude towards employees

      Good Products, bad management

      Pros

      Quality products with good service quality, like any other Japanese MNCs.

      Cons

      Seniority system not taking into account one's capability. Culture tends to victimize those who don't speak out. Management quality and style very rooted; reward only those who are 'Yes' men; they do not accept 'No' and does not listen
