Decent company to work for when you’re in the position that you want. Plenty of space to grow and the pay is great, the hourly rate is low but the benefits are great, you can make big money if you want.

Cons

It’s a place where you need to know someone (as in, “ it’s who you know”). Can be very tricky moving departments. The politics involved is irritating. Management can be stubborn.
