      Pros

      Provides a paycheck and benefits. Lots of travel. Get experience in the construction equipment industry that you can build a resume with

      Cons

      Lots of backstabbing. Negative culture / very poor morale that drains the life out of people. Management does what the Japan tells them to do, not what is right for the business

      Pros

      Truly make the best quality products on the market, produced by some very good people who are proud of what they make. Good pay and benefits overall.

      Cons

      Corporate management has no idea how the work actually gets done, but are quick toimplement programs and make decsions without thinking of the impact to those doing the work. Senior management has been known to make decisons that de-motivate employees (e.g., cutting the bonus plan the day the checks are issued).
