Longview facility is Micromanaged and the management team are not true to their word when they say that there is a team focus, that new people should share their ideas of how to improve processes and methods, among other things. The culture and values as presented are not what they claim. Everything in this company's management style as it pertains to workers is designed hold the worker accountable for everything that can possibly go wrong and divert that accountably away from the company, even if it isn't the fault of the worker.
