      Balance salary, not too much up, not too low. Training opportunity Time sheet and project planning through SAP.

      Cons

      No way to go up the ladder as very old managers run the show. Long working hours seems to be normal in this place. Blame game is common. Stressful environment and very less support for peers or managers. Top Boss in Brisbane have no clue how the business works and very good in making people redundant.
