      Pay and benefits are much better than similar jobs around because of being union. Training is provided and encouraged.

      Constantly feel rushed as if the quantity of jobs performed is more important than the quality of jobs performed; going above and beyond is not often recognized and rarely results in appreciation through raises or awards
