Pros
The teams, staff, tech and projects are fantastic. The company and culture is fantastic overall.
Cons
Some of management have no idea how to manage their teams or work agile. You might end up working adhoc and being heavily micromanaged. This typically seems to occur in parts of the business that are acquisitions because those personnel find it hard to adapt to modern ways of working. There are pockets of non-conformance. There is a lot that is up in the air due to migration to the cloud and the lack of understanding on how to do it and how to stay aligned with other teams, however it has definitely improved and still improving.
