got layed off 4 months into working there for strategic restructuring, apparently happened to someone else as well. no reason why just dont no compensation nothing. work you hard with no communication and is not a place to be young in your career

- Good start salaries - Rock solid job stability, you can be on bench training for months - Awesome people, lot of friendly folks and good dev team leads

Cons

- They're cutting costs and removing benefits each month in CR (less team buildings, no breakfasts, no annual bonus, worse health insurance) while prioritizing non-important stuff like buying a new pool table and darts?? - Junior web devs work mostly just frontend, so if you expect backend work keep your expectations low - Mostly boring projects, including some niche technologies like AEM or MuleSoft - No sick days, just annual limited work from home days - They could make you do some certifications for company partnerships quotas (like Azure, AEM) - Hybrid, 2 office days
