      Good Opportunity for Interns to learn.

      Cons

      Toxic Culture and Ops team. It´s that kind of company where is more something like a college fraternity, so is really hard for the Jr and mid people to grow. And the Leads will always give special attention to the people they personally like the most. I will never recommend a Sr Engineer to join this company. Their internal procedures and practices and totally discriminatory, and HR not only knows but also encourage this.

      - Good salary for CR - A lot of growth opportunity - Very good for juniors

      Cons

      - Canadian Employees complained a lot so benefits for CR were removed even when making 2x their salary - Management cannot communicate hard decisions face to face - Managers will not defend you, will not root for you. - Uses scape goats when projects slow down - Expected to know the same as other people who have been working on the project for months right away without help.
