Good overall but lack of growth long term
Pros
Good WFH policy. It’s hybrid now and totally up to you to decide whether to wfh or not each day Everyone is smart, kind and supportive I have a great direct manager who listens to my concerns and acts on them Exposed to different people because every project has different teammates Dev team encourages learning with sponsored certifications, weekly power hours etc WFH setup - just ask and they’ll provide you anything that’s reasonable A lot of social and team events that are actually fun and not cringy Good health package + nice perks like travel/tech benefits
Cons
Only 20 PTO days for sick/mental health/ vacation and at least 3 days are taken from you every year automatically during Christmas closure. I sometimes feel the pressure of having to attend social events. It seems like most people are extroverted at KG which makes those who aren’t a bit out of place. Work quality depends on your project. It can be boring sometimes Not transparent enough about pay bands They mostly hire young new grad devs. Team could be weak due to lack of experience overall.
