      Pros

      There's unlimited opportunity for career growth as the company is in a rapid state of growth. I feel supported and enjoy the positive, family-oriented company culture and work environment. Also, I love that there's a 401k match!

      Cons

      There are areas of improvement with benefits, but they're in process of making changes and have recently added some great perks for their techs like boot and cell phone allowances!

      Pros

      Room for growth for the right person.

      Cons

      They are not open to the same scheduling as others. They are not very verbal and that leads to poor people skills. The owner is young and rude. They are paying 15.00 to start when CA is 15.50. They are not following any Hiring guidelines. NO Drug Test or Background Check Drivers have suspended License.
