      The company is growing and they promote from within, so there's a real opportunity to advance if you put in the work! There are even opportunities for entry-level techs to get their foot in the door and get trained up. The pay is competitive and the service trucks are new.

      Sometimes it can feel a little disconnected between the field and corporate.

      Pros

      We're a fast-paced company, similar to one of a start-up, with many changes ahead to come. We have double in size compared to when I had initially started with Kooner. There has been many exciting changes because of this growth. There are many opportunities for individual growth as well, with the support of the Executive Team! I am not afraid to speak up when I have a thought/opinion, I always feel like I'm heard.
