      Great People, Not so Great Management

      Pros

      My coworkers were amazing! For the most part everyone was welcoming. Decent benefits, great deli. Facility is very nice and property is gorgeous!

      Cons

      Huge issues with management. Lots of gossip amongst the higher-ups. You would know your manager would be saying not so great things about you behind your back (even to other coworkers). This is 99% of the reason I left. Emotionally tolling, fairly toxic environment. Didn’t receive an exit interview.
