      flexible, recruiters will work with you and coach you on how to interview as well as help you build a strong resume. really appreciated that. also, my temp placement turned into a full-time job!

      Cons

      you are an "at-will" employee. it's just the nature of the job, not necessarily a con, you can ONLY take 3 CA sick days despite accruing so much more time.
