Some Partners are great and care about your future

Cons

Managers lie about expectations, they do not care about your growth at the company. The Salary here, with the amount of work you do, is awful. A huge feel of boys club. They also DO NOT live their culture and values whatsoever. They def don't practice what they preach as one of the biggest HR consulting firms. Toxic culture
