Horrible culture starts with the CEO

Pros

Good entry-level work if you are right out of college, but don't stay more than 1 year

Cons

The toxic culture is driven from the top - if you're not one of the CEO's chosen few, you're just something to be used until you don't serve a purpose any longer. The inner-circle operates with the same disregard for basic employee appreciation because there is no consequence for their actions and how they treat others. Stay away from this company unless you are completely desperate for a paycheck, and if you do come here keep looking and use them to help you get your next job because the company, CEO, and the inner-circle could care less about you. Beyond that, there is a complete lack of vision and direction - you will start your week on one project until the shininess wears off and be pushed onto another only ever completing the literal bare minimum amount of work to hand something off to a client, and YOU will be the one that pays for that mindset later when it stops working and you have to work weekends to figure it out because the inner circle is beyond incompetent. There is no room to grow, the benefits are lackluster at best, and you'll never make market value for what you are worth. Please, please don't go work here - you deserve better than this place

You'll think it sounds amazing... but...

Pros

Being around the Patriots and the stadium was fun, especially when an event was going on. The type of work being done was exciting and really feeling like it could help make a difference in Sports on the consumer side

Cons

Different employees are treated differently, seems it depends on who you are "in" with. Not "in" with the right people? Then you're treated as such. The "in" crowd goes by a different set of rules. The toxicity of the work culture is unbearable. Although the actual content of the work is excited, if you're not willing to take on more and more without being given a promotion (or a laughable "raise" when you do finally get one) then this place isn't for you. The market value of the salary compensation is laughable. But "it's the Patriots" is what you will be told, except it's not. Individual employees were blamed for making the work environment "toxic" but (not-surprisingly), the culture didn't improve when those people left. This place brings out the worst in people. When you walk through the doors, it's as if you are expected to leave everything else at the door. You have no personal life, no personal issues or problems, you are a machine and you sit down and do the work that is piled on. There is no real vision on how to grow the company, other than "we're talking to this one or that one" but don't expect to get to know more than that.

Poor Culture & Work Environment

Pros

Great exposure to how you shouldn't operate and or build a culture

Cons

No transparency, lack of communication, minimal trust or autonomy. Odd culture of needing to pay your "dues" rather than empowering and entrusting your employees
