Good option if you don't have other offers

Pros

Monotonous work, good for people who prefer that Steady work hours

Cons

Growth is not directly proportional to efforts/work (seeing a number of employees, not just a personal opinion) Consulting team gets better/frequent appraisals than engineering team (less budget for certain teams, so less salary & growth) Pay scale has been similar since the company started
