Pros

Kranz & Associates has been my home for almost 3 years. Things I like about working for Kranz & Associates: - A family environment. Enjoy working with all of my coworkers and Management. They really care. We have a nice time working in the office together and sometimes meet out after work. The Management team has quarterly meetings that are informative as well as a nice Christmas party. - It is fun to work with interesting companies. Kranz & Associates has interesting clients. - It is nice to work with different clients as well as have diversity in work responsibilities. - The management team trusts me to be a professional, and they provide positive feedback.

Cons

The environment is fast paced. It makes it exciting and fun - but not for everyone. This also could be a comment about the industry and not necessarily a Kranz & Associates comment.

Pros

• Great exposure to new, small and large, high tech, venture capital backed companies in Silicon Valley • Un-parallel learning experience working with multiple start-up companies simultaneously. • Ability to speak with senior staff members quickly. • Job is never boring, each day presents new challenges and opportunity for learning. • Flexible work schedule • Year-end bonuses

Cons

Accounting month-end closes in any company, including Kranz, are tight and can be stressful. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. Company could do more activities for staff team building.

Pros

Great flexibility in the workplace. Able to move my schedule around to meet my work life balance requirements. Variety of clients, never boring.

Cons

Should like consulting if you work at Kranz. You are working on multiple clients, so it is not for everyone. Have to be able to multitask.
