The best thing about my current job is it being remote and flexible. With my current setup, I get the job done and make my client happy while being with my family and for me that's very important.

Cons

We don't have company-wide retreat where you get to meet your teammates, colleagues and leaders.

Pros

I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

Cons

My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.
