      Pros

      Learn a lot; very flexible; nice people; good medical benefit

      Cons

      Stressful; can't report the actual work hours because the pressure; no PTO and no holidays; even though they mentioned on the offer but it really hurt when you don't get pay when you trying to take time off.

      Pros

      Caring Management allows flexible work hours and great work-life balance so you get to work with the best startups but not 60 hours a week. Good training and variety in work with a career path to higher levels. Excellent managers and peers. Love the challenges and different industries I work on. Learning a lot.

      Cons

      Worried at first if I would be busy but a few weeks, i settled into the routine
