Pros

The business model is good for young, aspiring accountants since you will be able to work with multiple accounts. You are exposed to all phases of accounting operations.

Cons

Tendency to be overloaded with accounts and keeping track of timesheet is on our own time. No overtime pay even if you work more than 8 hours a day. For seasoned and experienced accountants, you can be assigned to low-level type of work to keep you busy with billable hours.

Great company, Friendly staff, flexible hours, great benefits, opportunity to expand your network, diverse industries of clients.

Cons

Handling Multi clients can get tough, travel time to clients site is not somethimg everyone can do.

Learn a lot; very flexible; nice people; good medical benefit

Cons

Stressful; can't report the actual work hours because the pressure; no PTO and no holidays; even though they mentioned on the offer but it really hurt when you don't get pay when you trying to take time off.
