-got a break
-health care
-discounts
-team building
Cons
-managers can sometimes really cause problems and over work you do to the fact that they won’t hire more people
-benefits don’t come in until a YEAR after working there
-breaks could be difficult to get to and sometimes didn’t get it till end of shift
Very active environment so there's always something to do. Everyone there including bosses and management are super nice and always willing to help. If you work there long enough you'll be given the opportunity to learn all the departments of the store, one by one, gaining this knowledge should speak for itself. Kroger is part of a union so the benefits are very good and the pay isn't bad either.
Cons
I only got 30 minutes for lunch. LOL that is a con to me though.
