Pros

Weekly pay and okay benefits.

Cons

DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS. Memphis Management is currently writing fake reviews to make themselves look better. Almost all employees are looking to leave. Morale and turnover is so bad that providers are being required to sign employment contracts that force you to stay. Management is not helpful. One member of regional "management" who is not really a manager gossips in clinics with front desk associates about the other ACTUAL managers. This place is highly unprofessional. They want you to see a ton of patients in unsafe times/conditions AND they want you to see ANYTHING that walks through the door. Even if you know you can't do anything for them but refer to higher level of care. It's absurd. We have been told that the company is on it's last legs by "management" so there's no job security here. Apply elsewhere.

Pros

Kroger (or most stores, at least) do an awesome job of hiring great people. I started working with Kroger when I was 16 and stuck with it through college and beyond. It can be such a family-like atmosphere that keeps you invested.

Cons

Management, whether at a store, district, or division level, is often misaligned. As an assistant store manager, you're expected to complete your role while also knowing (and often doing) every other job in the store. Add that in to them often over using top talent for other roles and special projects across the district, poor work-life balance, and low compensation makes it difficult to maintain a positive view of the company and your job.

Pros

not working Monday through Friday, so you are able to have days off during the week for appointments ect.

Cons

absolutely everything, want vacation, good luck getting it approved, also they will tell you when you are hired it is about 40 hrs a week, no its 32 one and 36 the next, so think about that before you leave your current job, oh and the company treats you just as crappy as the patients you see, and you are always wrong no matter what so don't even try.
