Pros

Strong company. Nice employee perks. Good salary for management. Becoming a proactive company with an eye on the future. Making better use of technology.

Cons

Too much micromanaging. Too many programs to worry about, and not enough manpower to execute. Hours make it difficult to be active in regular family activities. Management loses touch with the working experiences of those in the stores.
