Pros

Kroger does a great job of making employees feel needed and wanted within the store. They try to emphasize making the store feel like a small town marketplace where everyone knows each other. The benefits available are also quite nice.

Cons

Hours are often cut so that the small town feel is hard to achieve. Pay is also low compared to other comparative markets.
