Company is ok but depends on your team. Some teams in VS are good some really bad. Certain European global VS teams are toxic so do internal check and then join.

Cons

What i get to hear from some people that the culture is not the same now. Management has changed and the new people do not really care about the firm.

Feels like the organization is very siloed. Groups don’t move as one team. Internal systems/groups make it harder to get things done than ease the load of profit generating teams. Work life balance is not great.
