Pros

Masses of experience and cutting-edge industry knowledge to be gained, through roles with open-ended responsibility. Incredible leadership and company focus. Strong staff identity and culture. Opportunities to grow, pivot and prove yourself are abundant. Feels like a family. A slightly crazy one. Good swag. Respected brand in the industry, top clients and therefore a respected place to work which will enhance your career prospects. Truly insurgent mentality, not afraid to challenge the status quo and do things differently! Loads of opportunity to travel the EU as clients in UK, BE, DE, FR, NL, SE, ES, CH, AT, IT, DK.

Cons

Fortune favours the brave here. Not a place for wallflowers. Work here can be very demanding of your time and commitment, do not expect a simple 9-5 at Krux. Highly complex, long-term sales cycles. Not going to suit transactional sellers at all. Lean. Krux prefers to do more with less, which can be strenuous at times!

Pros

Good, super smart people. They work hard and know how to have fun. Great leadership in terms of keeping the team inspired and appreciated. Lots of interesting problems to solve.

Cons

The stress level can get very high at times. It's a company with an enterprise-facing product, so you often have to just deliver what the customer is asking for.

Pros

The people I worked with in the office were really nice.

Cons

There aren't much training provided to new employees, you would need to learn the platform on your own and be expected to be an expert really quickly. On boarding clients were hard to figure out since there were no training of what is needed during the onboard process.
