      Pros

      I am always learning here and the work is challenging, but in a good way. My coworkers are very bright and talented as well as fantastic people. We have a very collaborative and open work environment and the structure of the company is set up for success.

      Cons

      Long hours but I feel that there is fair compensation for hard work and meeting your goals.

      Pros

      Good, super smart people. They work hard and know how to have fun. Great leadership in terms of keeping the team inspired and appreciated. Lots of interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      The stress level can get very high at times. It's a company with an enterprise-facing product, so you often have to just deliver what the customer is asking for.

      Krux is a fantastic company to work for. The office is full of brilliant talent and an excellent culture. Krux offers competitive salaries, full benefits, and generous PTO. From happy hours to ping pong tournaments to offsite company summits, we truly are a work hard, play hard organization. I look forward going into the office every day and collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the business.
