Career growth claims overshadowed by poor leadership and low pay
Pros
They prioritize career growth for employees who are willing to prove their reliability and consistently meet management's expectations.
Cons
The salary is below the current market rate. My salary as a Team Lead was comparable to the basic salary of a Specialist role at many other companies in Cebu. Leadership is very, very poor. Management's support is not universal but selective. While the company claims to prioritize career growth, the selection process for promotions and opportunities often appears to be influenced more by nepotism and politics than by merit. This has significantly eroded confidence in leadership and has contributed to the company's high attrition rate. The company places a strong emphasis on employee engagement, but these initiatives are not inclusive. Instead, they often seem to be used to divert attention from or disregard the real issues affecting the organization. Given the company's current state, my conscience could no longer accept being part of that environment, which is why I chose to leave. If you're willing to constantly flatter those in positions of power, you may do well here. If not, don't expect fair treatment, and you'll likely find yourself looking for opportunities elsewhere. Lastly, the expected KPIs are still unclear. We are already halfway through the year, yet the KPI calculations and performance metrics that should define expectations for operators have still not been properly established. This creates unnecessary uncertainty and gives the impression that the lack of clearly defined KPIs may ultimately be used to justify lower performance ratings or limit employees' compensation during salary reviews.
