      Benefits, annual increases, occasional bonuses, profitable venture

      Cons

      Poor management practices. Company is loosely run by a handful of veteran workers who worked their way to becoming senior officers under the quiet control of an Egyptian family. Nepotism influences personnel decisions and policies where family members are strategically placed to conduct "surveillance". Seasoned employees seek to become "insiders" by watching other employees and reporting minor events.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance because a handful of managers control all the work and micromanage to the max. You can literally show up and leave whatever time you want. Revenue is stable because demand is rising, not because managers are effectively growing the business or building teams of good employees. If you happen to be one of the few good smart employees, you can still find a way to spin your experience here into something transferable to the outside world.

      LOW LOW SALARIES discrimination against and harassment of women major wage gaps based on gender and seniority no career growth (unless you want to wait around for people to retire) uninteresting work with apathetic and complacent coworkers "lifers" nepotism and favoritism no succession plans limited backups for when managers are absent rude and impotent managers ancient employees who need to retire outdated facilities outdated IT systems expensive benefits, negligible 401K match zero incentive-based earnings cold and unapproachable boys-club executives awful company reputation among customers company shutdown for which they hold your PTO hostage zero perks
