Pros
The only reason this isn't 1 or zero stars if I could put that is because its still stable there but nowhere near the overtime has before. Expect for a few Engineers, Managers and tech people who make it bearable there.
Cons
Low Pay, no raises, or promotions and Managers don't have respect for you especially if your not in the Executives inner circle. Since the Owner passed away the Executives have made this place uncomfortable and non creative work place. Once you get in all you do is think about leaving Managers and Engineers left. Use to help for tuition for college but Managers don't allow it much anymore.
