      Pros

      Working at Kulite has been an interesting experience so far. The work load is pretty light and the coworker environment is amazing.

      Cons

      The company is a little stuck in its ways and refuses to change and develop with the economy and market. Do not give promotions or raises easily.

      Can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Wfh is absurd. People are taking advantage and not working during the day and instead working whenever they please. Their excuse children which is a lie to take advantage. Upper management is blind and they don’t monitor them. Pay is horrible. Pay increase of 3 % which is quite low. Upper management are very unprofessional and treat their employees with out respect. They pick and choose. You can’t move up don’t listen to their lies. So many people in production floor using phones and no one cares. So many people coming tardy yet no consequences. People in office positions dress so horrible. Jeans on off days. Working with executives. Feels like you’re in high school. Not a professional place.
