Being able to see the kids reach an Eureka moment after you successfully relayed a concept to them, especially in math.

Cons

It can get very tedious especially if you're the homework grader. Also the pay is federal minimum wage which was lower than my state's minimum wage. I'd argue that teaching math, especially at the higher levels, should have a few more dollars per hour.
