Heavy handed admins, declining benefits

Decent local management Working from home

Admins disable everything - free Microsoft apps, many programs we could previously use at IBM, every useful option in the backup software, customizations we used to be able to perform ourselves now have to go through an admin including adding ram to a laptop Employees are no longer able to purchase their old laptops. The options in the 401k will at best match the market and we went from an automatic 1% company contribution with a 100% match up to 2% to a 50% match up to 3%.

Pros

Was a good company to work for, for 14 years.

Cons

I am getting laid off because another manager to into a fight with another manager about a time card and now he is angry at me and I had nothing to do with it. The gentleman is nasty as heck to me as well.
