A company with many locations, but they are all like silos, communication needs major improvement

Structured to a certain extent. Training is a big plus. They do try to help the people to have the right tools to improve.

Cons

Communication from the top down was not there. Promises were made but never materialized. Sometimes things happened too fast and the employees were left behind.
