Bad leadership, hiring and promotions are subject to be connected with upper managers. No opportunities for women. It’s a place for man. No diversity.

Some investment in staff Some staff were friendly and welcoming

Cons

Bullying management and inappropriate culture. Upper management is part of the old boys club. Overheard many of senior management making inappropriate comments about younger female staff. Problems start at the top, the book is handed down
