Thank you for your feedback, I don't know when you were employed, but the L&R Team has worked very hard to ensure that there are open lines of communication with all employees, whether they work remotely or at one of our regional facilities. The HR Team has worked to collect email addresses from all employees for important communications, we've also ensured that employees have access to our intranet which has a wealth of information for employees, we also utilize our payroll system ADP as a communication device, finally, during our re-branding initiative in early 2016, we've opened up two lines of communication through www.thelrway.com for employees to Challenge the Status Quo as well as ask questions about the Corporate Relocation Project. I hope that all of these initiatives have addressed the communication concern that you've raised. Our Leadership Principle of Avid Learning acknowledges that we make mistakes and when we do we are committed to learning from them. We are also dedicated to being Good Communicators, so we're working hard to live up to these Principles.
