      Pros

      Great people and good pay considering the location and being in college still.

      Cons

      Location is Greenville TX, which is an hour out from Dallas, so commute is difficult

      Pros

      Paid vacation, sick time and flexibility with your schedule.

      Cons

      There was no upward movement. If you applied for other jobs upward you never received feedback on why you didn’t get chosen or in how you could succeed. Also workload was feast or famine.

It is unfortunate to see that you did not feel you were supported in your attempt to move upward. We encourage our employees to drive their own careers and provide resources to help them do so. Often times, feedback on developmental opportunities is given to employees during the mid-year check-in and during final performance reviews. Additionally, employees are encouraged to reach out to their managers, mentors, or HR Business Partners for guidance throughout the year.

      L3Harris has a variety of benefits to choose from, they have a 9/80 work schedule, and upward mobility available

      Cons

      I worked many long hours for the company, which made it sometimes hard to keep a work/life balance
