      Pros

      New building with plenty of parking. Close to major highways.

      Cons

      Health benefits are bottom of the barrel. Company has been sold twice in less than 6 months. Weak upper management due to the fact they keep getting sold they have no clear direction. They waste a lot money on meetings and lunch rather than benefits and systems.

      Good Work/Life Balance Promotes movement to gain additional knowledge of the business A lot of opportunities for growth Unlimited vacation

      Cons

      Not consistent overtime pay and 9/80 work schedule across all locations Florida location offers more activities than other locations No gym membership benefit and only some locations have on site gym

While not all locations offer a 9/80 schedule, L3Harris encourages our employees to create a positive work/life balance, through benefits like discretionary vacation, sick time and paid parental leave. Even though our headquarters are located in Florida, campuses across the globe frequently participate in enterprise-wide activities. For example, E-Week featured activities at over 45 L3Harris locations and our eight Employee Resource Groups have local meetings across the globe.

      Coworkers are pleasant and helpful

      Cons

      It's very disorganized; most of the employees of various departments are overwhelmed and there's not enough staff to keep up with the workload. There are breakdowns in communication between groups and everything seems to be managed through various spreadsheets. There's been a revolving door at this site for the last four-five months now and it seems to be getting worse. It's shocking that for such a large company, that this site is run the way that it is.
