Laid off without any warning, 2 weeks severence pay, given 10 min and a box to grab what I could, weeks away from getting my yearly bonus, and the same day I was laid off they posted my exact job but for new grads they could pay much less. They laid off 5% of their workforce it has been said but they are still posting new job openings.

Mediocre starting pay Poor corporate information pass down Limited upward mobility Competing with lazy employees Raises and promotions based on seniority, not performance (despite being communicated otherwise) Minimal layoffs turn people into complacent employees providing the bare minimum with little repercussions
