      Pros

      Great customer base and great engineering, operations and program teams.

      Cons

      Segment has added 100+ jobs to attempt to manage from Florida. This hasn’t helped the teams and puts incredible cost that has flowed to the customers through increased rates. Leadership has lost the focus on its long standing customers and has destroyed years worth of schedule improvements which has resulted in late deliveries. Florida leadership has removed any incentives given by the “on site” leadership which has destroyed moral.

      Pay is comparable, unearned vacation policy is forward thinking.

      Cons

      Management cannot address critical business issues raised by employees. Even when briefed on issues and proposed coorective plans, they cannot admit there are problems. Program and Bid Reviews are CYA activities only. Programs that are supported by senior managers get no scrutiny or realistic review of business case.

      Thank you for your review. We are always looking for ways to improve and hear from our employees. We have a robust listening strategy that surveys employees throughout their lifecycle. And, in 2021 we launched our alumni survey that reaches out to former employees.
