      False Promises

      Pros

      The people who work there are mostly pretty good people.

      Cons

      Poor management decisions, low pay, promises to increase pay are never kept, upper management doesn't understand the product and environment has become toxic due to power struggles between UK and US. If you have another offer go work somewhere else!

      Merger woes

      Pros

      There are no pros unless you get hired by a family member.

      Cons

      Merger with Harris Is causing a lot of strife. All business system transitioning to Harris legacy and L3 systems are all gone. Healthcare changed.

      Not a great company

      Pros

      New building with plenty of parking. Close to major highways.

      Cons

      Health benefits are bottom of the barrel. Company has been sold twice in less than 6 months. Weak upper management due to the fact they keep getting sold they have no clear direction. They waste a lot money on meetings and lunch rather than benefits and systems.
