Pros

- Ground level folks are mostly dedicated and give it their all. - Decent pay and benefits - Flexible work schedule.

Cons

- Senior leadership is hopelessly clueless. - Everything is looked at as an opportunity to discipline and punish. - Zero communication with upper management, only edicts and hollow promises with lack of professional behavior and follow through. - HR department is one of the worst in my professional career. - DEI is hollow, performative lip service. - Most importantly; it is all about the numbers, often getting in the way of substantive and in depth sustainable paths to permanent housing.

Pros

My team, the company and the support.

Cons

People have to leave...they move on to better and to do what they want. The only thing that sucks is when you have to say goodbye to people that you love...that's it....
