Avoid Working Here

Pros

Flex day schedule is nice, if you have a position that adheres to it

Cons

Employees are not valued at this agency. The directors don't care if their decisions make everyone's jobs harder. Upper-management is out of touch with what the front-line staff have to deal with. I really wouldn't work here again, knowing what I know now.

Pros

I believe in their mission. I loved doing something meaningful. The people I worked with were amazing. My supervisor was wonderful to work for.

Cons

It was difficult at times seeing so much human suffering.
