Pros

Mission Driven organization - if you want to make an impact on ending homeless, this is the place. Put your passion into overdrive! Hourly rates were increased last year - thank you! Pay is competitive now. Professional Development Fund helped me to grow in my skill set. Agency is working on being more in tune to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. love the new culture statement. Seeing someone get into permanent housing WARMS the heart! Makes all the work amazing. The 9/80 schedule is great.

Cons

Work is demanding and takes a lot out of you. Passion fuels but refueling is needed along the way. Agency is always changing which can make consistency in effort challenging. Lack of good food choices in the main Campus area. Parking is offsite but there is a shuttle service.

Pros

My team, the company and the support.

Cons

People have to leave...they move on to better and to do what they want. The only thing that sucks is when you have to say goodbye to people that you love...that's it....
