Pros

9/80 work schedule, competitive compensation, good benefits including employee development program, front line employees have big hearts for the mission

Cons

Management is out of touch with reality at times, expecting too much with the given workload. Initiatives and priorities are constantly changing. CEO leads with emotion which is not a good practice. They will use you and discard you without a second thought. Good leadership leaves the organization. C-Level is dysfunctional at best. DEI work was a string suit, but the agency stopped funding the work due to it hitting too close to home for executive management and the CEO.
