They've gotten really good at closing stores

Pros

great pie in the sky dreams

Cons

lack of ability to execute, lack of understanding of the company by the C-suite, Great new product but not available in stores (of course, customers don't want to see newness in person), lots of great people laid off.. those are the individuals who could have executed your pie in the sky dreams..

Pros

Pay (if you're in a top store).. Buyers are VERY receptive to stock level changes... Great if you get a supportive DM.

Cons

Lack of Communication, Response, Support, Follow-thru. No response on those you have to partner with in HR, PDD, INVCONTROL..
