Avoid blandness, make a brief but interesting point, don't try to say too much, and use keywords when possible

One of the advantages of having a job at the same company is that it builds a reputation of dependability

Cons

Micromanagement. The individual already knows a lot about the company culture and expectations.

Could Work on Teams

Pros

- My coworkers were nice. - The CEO is one of the hardest working people I've met. - They trained me on the job. - Good healthcare options.

Cons

- There are too many technology-related teams. There wasn't much camaraderie. - They promote people with zero experience. - Collecting PTO doesn't start until 6 months of employment.
